This week, I made my triumphant return to the green pastures of college life after a week out with illness. It feels good to be back. For starters, I feel great health-wise, which is good. Certain other things have made me feel great this week though.
First thing this week for me was an InDesign assessment for my sub-editing and layout design module. I was dreading it as I had missed a workshop on the software and how to use it to make a newspaper because of my horrid illness last week. However, it went pretty well to be honest, even without attending a workshop. The first hour was a horrific mess of me scrambling to figure out what to do but as soon as I was able to get on with it, it began to turn out pretty good. I even managed to draw lines on my page. I’m great.
The next big thing in the hectic week six was multiple essays and deadlines. I had my radio essay done already so I was not worried about that. The big, terrifying, looming deadlines were all public admin related. After the poster presentation last week, we had to submit our poster, submit seperate evaluations of our group and write a blog for it. Can’t believe I wrote about writing a blog when writing a blog. Blogception, eh?
I have everything done though because I’m productive so I’m fine. The main thing to take away from this is that I’m back. 1-0 home leg win against the pesky coronavirus. That’s a joke, don’t panic.
